As an Accounts Payable Intern, reporting to the PtoP OP Lead, you will collaborate in the management of supplier accounts efficiently and promptly.

You will have a hybrid working model (4 days at home and 1 day at the office) based at our office located in Martinez.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Parking and posting of invoices for raw materials, goods and services, freight, with manual or electronic POs (NOAM and LATAM)
  • Response to external or internal suppliers by phone or email (LATAM and NOAM)
  • Scanning of invoices, applicable only to countries where documentation is sent by email
  • Care for one's own processes and documentation
  • Work integrated and collaboratively with the GFS streams
  • Filing and organizing documentation
  • Perform other tasks inherent to the sector requested by the immediate supervisor

Requeriments

  • 0 – 1 years of experience in similar positions
  • Initial university student in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics
  • Proficiency in Office System
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Proficiency in SAP (desirable)
