Trilingual HR Services Analyst, your future position?
You will be a part of the Givaudan Business Solutions Center (GBS) by reporting directly to the HR Service Manager of the Americas while partaking and managing end-to-end tasks in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
You will support the employee lifecycle (onboarding, hiring, employee movements, personal data update, terminations) and Global processes (talent-performance management and annual salary review) by being the main contact for employees, managers, local HR teams, Centers of Expertise, HR IS and Payroll.
In this exciting role, you'll...
- Provide decisive transactional and knowledge support over HR processes by handling customers' queries through email, chat, fillable forms, and any other channel for that country within the service level agreement time frame.
- Investigate requests by analyzing the nature of the situation, diagnosing the problem, and routing clients to the appropriate 2nd line support when needed.
- Perform all kinds of HR actions in the systems and maintenance of payroll and non-payroll sensitive data together with quality assurance and correctness of all inputs concerning local requirements including HR reports, employee data changes, hires, and terminations.
- Update the database of customer queries and resolution status.
- Maintain and update standard operation procedures with local partners for sites in the Americas and Spain.
- Support a smooth transition of new countries to the new operating model through involvement in process gap analysis, table tops, and testing sessions.
- Partner with and manage requests from internal clients such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll Team, among others.
- Be the owner of your processes and your scope, taking responsibility for your assigned cases, and managing your lead time as effectively as possible.
You?
- University degree or Advanced studies in a related field- HR, Labor Relations or Business Management.
- 1+ year of experience within HR in a shared services environment at multinational companies.
- Knowledge of HR business processes.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Portuguese.
- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) Knowledge.
