About the Role:
You will manage a Team of PTP HelpDesk Agents to maximize value to Givaudan regarding quality, efficiency and spend, complying with corporate guidelines and local policies, lead process and organization improvements and scope extension projects according to our goals.
You Will:
- Manage the HelpDesk Team and evaluate the performance
- Contribute to improving customer support by responding to queries and handling complaints
- Design and enforce request handling and escalation procedures
- Manage partners and follow up with customers to identify areas for improvement
You Have:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accountant or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in PTP HelpDesk
- More than 3 years of experience in a Team leading role
- Advanced English (mandatory) / Portuguese (plus)
- Experience in a shared service center is an advantage
