Overall Mission
- Provide support to requester and vendors in case of PTP-related questions
- Ensure correct and daily execution of important responsibilities in PTP helpdesk as outlined under responsibilities
- Take direction from the Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks
- Contacts: All employees, especially requestors, category managers, vendors
Main Responsabilities:
Daily operations in service management:
- Manage all incoming PTP-related employee and vendor queries through relevant communication channels (phone, email, instant messaging tool, service management tool)
- Manage employee expenses-related queries (T&E)
- Analyze queries and aim for end-to-end query resolution following service levels and Customer satisfaction
- Take ownership and Coordinate issue resolution across streams
- Monitor and follow-up on parked queries in case of escalation
- Inform the user after the final resolution
- Provide guidance to internal employees for all systems (SAP; SRM, Service management tool)
- Support users in workflows and approvals
- Support PO follow-up
- Handle payment notifications (ie manage failure notification deliveries)
- Perform vendor statements reconciliations in case of escalation
- Communicate with internal and external partners by phone, email, instant messaging and AskMe
Education / Primary Qualification:
- Diploma: College or University degree or in course
- Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Professional experience: From 0 - 1 year of relevant experience in Procure to pay (PTP) within an international environment

Technical skills:
- Software skills: Knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SRM, FI, PM, MM), Procurement tools (Catalogue), workflows, and advanced knowledge of MS office is an advantage.
- Understanding of business and PTP policies, end-to-end process, and work instructions
- Strong service management and communication skills
- Good data entry/ typing speed
