Planning Trainee, your future opportunity?

You will perform task from Planning following defined standard operating procedures and contribute to the achievement of Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.

You'll report to our Planning Team Lead based in Martinez, Buenos Aires.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll:

● Builds relationships with teams and partners

● Daily operations in the Planning area:

  • Understand Incoterm impact and partners for follow-up.
  • Create STOs
  • Perform new business checks and identify materials risk
  • Help the team on follow up activities
  • Be the back up when needed

● Adherence to service level.

● Adherence to procedures.

● KPIs update and development

 

Your professional profile includes:

● In progress a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

● Experience in a shared service

● 6 months – 1 year of experience in Planning

  • Read, write and communicate in English in a business setting (with focus on read and write)
  • Portuguese Knowledge
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with MS Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
  • Good keyboarding and data entry speed
