Regional Supply Planner, your future position?

 

You will be part of Givaudan’s Global Business Services (GBS), which provides support to our businesses in the Americas regions. Your main goal will be to perform Supply Planning processes in our North America industrial operations, following defined standard operating procedures, contributing to the achievement of Supply Planning performance and quality standards. You will report to Supply Planning Team Manager.

 

You will work under a hybrid working model, 4 days from home and 1 day at our GBS offices located in Martinez, Buenos Aires Province a week.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Improve inbound supply patterns and evaluate exception requests from Givaudan production sites.
  • Manage planning parameters and lead time data and evaluate exception requests from the sites.
  • Perform stock transfers for inventory optimization purposes.
  • Identify material supply constraints and collaborate with regional Supply Chain team to develop resolution options.
  • Create presentation material for supply review and executive S&OP.
  • Manage short and long-term supply issues from network that satisfies both site and global requirements in most cost-effective manner.
  • Analyze parameters, demand and inventory impact for formula transfer and mass replacement.
  • Identify slow and obsolete inventory batches, review status and facilitate stock transfers.
  • Indicators development and update.
  • Pain points analysis as inputs for Network supply planners and production planners
  • Ad-hoc request to provide perspective on network scenarios
  • Improve processes.
  • Provide professional support for colleagues.
  • Build constructive relationships with cross functional teams and partners.
  • Be the contact person for important partners for operational topics.
  • Work together with other work streams within the GBS in overseeing the end-to-end process.

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Supply and Demand Planning at global cománies. US market experience preffered.
  • Advanced level of English, both oral and written.
  • Experience with SAP PP/MM modules.
  • Advanced MS excel knowledge (you are able to generate and maintain complex spreadsheets).
