Replenishment Planning Team Lead

Reporting to the GBS Planning America´s team as a Replenishment Planning Team Lead you will have the opportunity to oversee the Replenishment Planning team, to ensure and oversee an accurate processing of all Replenishment Planning activities for the team, following performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements and act as a main contact for the Head of Planning in relation to defined processes.

You will:

  • Work to improve processes
  • Create morale and spirit in the team
  • Build constructive relationships with partners
  • Layer out work and monitor results
  • Maintain effective communication with all partners by phone or by email
  • Support the set-up and oversee the Replenishment Planning team for the pilot countries (team up to 7 persons)
  • Provide professional support for the team: Coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans and train team.
  • Issue resolution for Replenishment Planning activities
  • Oversee day to day operations in the Replenishment Planning area:
  • For non-vendor managed materials:
  • Create and manage STOs until delivery (incl. STO non-conformance and returns)
  • Identify slow and obsolete inventory batches, review status and facilitate necessary stock transfers
  • Promise orders for ship from stock items
  • Adherence to service levels
  • Adherence to policies and procedures


 

You?

  • Diploma: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Languages: Proficient in Business English, additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional experience:
  • 3+ of experience in Planning
  • 1+ year of experience in a team-leading role

Required skills:

  • Hands on experience with large ERP system(s), SAP MM/PP modules
  • Advanced MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and equivalent analytic tools
  • Relevant process experience
  • Stake holder management
  • Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage
  • Experience in a shared service center is an advantage
  • Committed to develop him/ herself
  • Continuous Improvement knowledge is an advantage
