Talent Acquisition Intern - Your future position?

Join a growing recruitment solutions team in our growing Givaudan Business Solutions organization in Buenos Aires! As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, among different tasks, you will provide administration, candidate attraction, and marketing-related support for our team in our Buenos Aires site.

Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Solution Lead, you will ensure accurate processing of all Global Talent Acquisition support activities following performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements

Main responsibilities:

• Interview scheduling for requisitions on JL 4b - You will work together with many of our team members including Talent Acquisition

• PR creation.

• Regional Newsletter - Participate in the creation and drafting of regional open positions newsletter

• Take ownership of managing expense reimbursement

• Employee referral program – complete eligibility check and run relevant reporting on global level

• Dispatch incoming tickets in ASK HR following the task allocation matrix

• Cross regional collaboration with peers from other regions to ensure global alignment

You?

Your professional profile includes:

• Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in a related field)

• You have 2-4 semesters before your graduation and able to work 20 hours/week

• Fluent English.

• Technical skills including the ability to use job boards and application tracking systems.
