Continuous Improvement Coordinator- Your future position?
As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Continuous Improvement Program Manager and hold the below responsibilities:

Provide CI support for the daily operation and activities to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and 5S compliance within the manufacturing site.

Conduct 5S Gemba walks, perform an assessment of the state of the site and collaborate with department managers for improvement.

Collaborate with department managers to enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and looks for opportunities to automate report systems.

Production System (GPS), CI Maturity Assessment (CIMA) Initiatives.

Set up Visual Controls (Andon system, Kanban, Control Towers etc) to achieve Business & Operational KPIs.
Support

Continuously support the operation teams (e.g: Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistic, Warehouse, HR,etc) to develop their maturity in terms of performance in line with the actual business needs and objectives.

Support GPS initiatives related to all technologies, to source out capacity improvement opportunities.

Identify gaps and project opportunities.

Assure alignment and enable knowledge/best practices sharing

Develop a high percentage of problem solvers & CI certification in the organization.

Requirement
-
Technical University degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Statistics or Engineering (process) with proven technical knowledge.

Fresh graduate is considerable.

Flavour industry experience is preferred.

Good problem-solving and influencing skills.

Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma tools , FMEA, Control Plan, Pareto, Control Plan

Good communication skills for both internal as well as external stakeholders, oral and written
-
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
