Customer Care Representative - Your future position?
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for processing sales orders from receipt to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates, adhering to Customer Care guidelines. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between customers, the operations team, and the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. You will report directly to the Customer Care Supervisor and will be based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

Manage the sales order process from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates, in accordance with Customer Care guidelines.

Provide support to assigned customers and affiliates to meet their order requirements.

Maintain daily communication with customers, operations, and sales teams.

Interpret and analyze client schedules to prioritize orders effectively.

Resolve issues and handle customer complaints both internally and externally.

Confirm pricing, inventory availability, and provide accurate shipping date information.

Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes, process notifications, and manage customer returns.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders while managing customer expectations.

Collaborate with planning teams regarding demand planning and stock positions.

Update and maintain accurate customer records, including specific information, contracts, labeling, packaging, and stock requirements.

Provide coverage and support for accounts managed by other team members as needed.

Identify the appropriate communication method based on urgency and the nature of the issue.

Demonstrate skills in diffusing difficult situations and achieving resolutions with customers.

Identify opportunities for improvement in customer care processes.

Your professional profile includes:

Bachelor's Degree in any discpline.

1-2 years in a customer-facing role. Open to fresh graduates too!

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic knowledge of SAP or order entry systems.

Understanding of inventory management principles and shipping terminology are good-to-have.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Adaptable and a quick learner.

Proficiency in English and local languages.
