You will be an important part of the Compensation & Benefits strategy for our business operations in Mexico and the Andean Region. You will conduct analyses and studies to support Management in managing our compensation programmes following our global Rewards strategy. You will report into the Regional Compensation & Payroll Manager.
Technical Skills
Job evaluation methodologies.
Salary analysis and benchmarking (market surveys).
Modeling of salary increases, bonuses, and incentives.
Salary structures and internal equity.
Administration of fixed and variable compensation.
Administration of benefits and flexible plans.
Knowledge of Pension Plans and Savings Funds.
Health benefits and life insurance.
Compliance with statutory benefits (especially in Mexico and Colombia).
Relationship and follow-up with benefits providers.
Budget preparation and control.
Forecasting and variance analysis.
Expense control and allocation by cost center.
Financial monitoring of providers.
Financial compliance and internal controls.
Building and maintaining reports and dashboards.
Cost, participation, and trend indicators.
Data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
+2 years of experience
Advanced Excel skills (financial models, pivot tables).
Advanced English (verifiable).
HRIS (SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or similar).
Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Ticket and incident management with vendors.
Ability to work accurately and detect errors in calculations.
Experience with life insurance and major medical expense insurance processes.
Familiarity with relevant labor and tax laws
