Are you a food innovator of the future? As a Development Technologist, you will work closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative concepts and application work that will drive business growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong application skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and colleagues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and deliver innovative product concepts and applications that align with customer and market requirements across multiple product categories

• Conduct application work and make recommendations to demonstrate Givaudan products and their benefits to customers

• Present technical information and product demonstrations to customers in a clear and engaging manner

• Collaborate with technical, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and market trends, supporting the development of high-quality concepts and technical documentation

• Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders to refine product offerings

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with our food experience ethos

• Perform all necessary administrative tasks to a high standard, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment in accordance with EHS policies

Your Professional Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline

• Experience in a development or application role within the food, beverage, or fragrance industry

• Strong application skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions (knowledge of bakery, confectionery, and/or dairy applications in particular is desirable)
