In your role, you will play a key role in the team with your combined experience of sales and cuisine. You will contribute to the growth by your culinary expertise and cuisine knowledge as well as your business development skills. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be part of our Commercial Team UK & Ireland.

Your responsibilities:


  • Customer Development: You will identify real customer innovation and menu development. You will work collaboratively with the UK Food Service Frontline as culinary customer development focusing on PB&R and QSR. You will integrate with the technical team to ensure they leverage your culinary expertise and cuisine knowledge on briefs. You will work closely with the Marketing and Commercial departments to deliver new and current projects.
  • Account Consultant: You will grow new customer hunting via your selected new customer profiling focussing on driving Givaudan core capabilities in order to deliver great taste solutions through the sector and accounts identified.
  • Internal alignment: You will align internally with the Regional Innovation Team to ensure that all applications and innovations are captured, understood, and cascaded across the Food Service Team in regular meetings.
  • Deliver budget growth and new innovation pipeline target

Your professional profile includes:


  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management preferably in food service (B2B).
  • An academic or professional background as a chef or in culinary.
  • Intellectually strong and able to apply strategic thinking to business scenarios.
  • A dynamic individual that can work both independently and as a team member with an entrepreneurial ‘aligned’ style.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office.
  • Driving license.
