Key Account Manager

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing Russia – Your future position? 

 

Are you aiming at working as a KAY ACCOUNT MANAGER and be strategic partner to food and beverage companies and together with local marketing and technical teams co-developing consumer preferred solutions in a highly dynamic space with offerings spanning from classical flavours to taste solutions to kitchen ingredients to functional and nutritional ingredients and solutions? 

 

As KEY ACCCOUNT MANAGER you will drive business results and budgets by enabling the right focus through strategy and account development plans and their execution in the market place. In this role you will be based in our Moscow office, reporting directly to the Commercial Director Russia.

 

You will: 

  • Develop together with Country Commercial Director and local Marketing and Technical teams your key account strategies and development plans
  • Collaborate with the Country Commercial Director and local teams to ensure translation of account strategies into Russian market, segment strategies and their execution as well as implementation in the market place 
  • Be accountable for the successful implementation of your account strategies to deliver sustainable business and market share growth as well as delivering on budget targets in systematic fashion
  • Drive customer centric thinking and taking the customer’s perspective in wider organisation; ensure freshness in thinking and inspiration in organisation, linking with other functions and driving best services and practises
  • Develop close relationship with customers on country and regional level. You will adapt and deploy global and regional promotions, capabilities and innovation according to local needs, driving customer value & sales through winning customer briefs. You will act fast on emerging business opportunities through customer-relevant value propositions.

Your professional profile includes: 

  • BA degree in Food Technology, Economy or Marketing / Business Administration with a proven affinity for the food industry 
  • 5+ years of account management in B2B beverages or in food, solid understanding of account management, strategy and execution including building value propositions
  • In-depth knowledge of customer(s), strategies, initiatives, commercial needs and product launch processes, extensive knowledge of competitor activity
  • Customer-focused and results-driven attitude 
  • Ability to set priorities and negotiate effectively
  • Team player, experienced in working in multidisciplinary teams in a global matrix environment 
  • Fluency in English and Russian
  • Willingness to travel (70-80%)
