Sales Support Executive - Your future position?

 

As the Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for order management, sales support, customer database management and more. This role is based on-site at our Mumbai office, reporting to Sales Manager (Active Beauty).

 

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible on:

 

  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders seamlessly, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactively resolving any related issues.

  • Documentations: Maintain our sales-related documentation meticulously, ensuring it's always up-to-date and compliant with both company policies and legal requirements.

  • Sampling: Take charge of our product sample inventory, optimizing distribution, and tracking usage and effectiveness, ensuring that we provide the best possible samples to our customers.

  • Price Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate pricing information, communicate changes to both our team and customers, and keep a close eye on market trends with us.

  • Customer Database Management: Update and maintain our customer database collaboratively, ensuring data integrity and generating insightful reports for analysis.

  • Coordination with Internal and External Colleagues: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners, working together to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and collaborate closely with the sales team to continually improve the overall customer experience.

  • Prepare Monthly Sales Reports (MIS): Compile and analyze sales data collaboratively, providing valuable insights, and working with the sales team to identify areas for improvement.

Your professional profile includes:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales/customer roles.

  • University Degree: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, project management, and customer focus is ideal.

  • Familiarity with SAP system would be an added advantage.

  • High Responsibility & Accountability, communication and ability to multi-task in fast paced and changing environment.

  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi are a must.
