Senior Evaluator - Your future position?
In this exciting role you will:
Fragrance Selection and Development
- Drive fragrance selection for winning briefs by identifying and recommending fragrances that meet customer requirements and brand intent.
- Collaborate directly with Perfumers to design and refine fragrance themes providing clear olfactive direction for proactive and active projects.
Brief Management
- Lead and co-ordinate all functional steps in the brief handling process, ensuring timelines and project priorities are met.
- Develop deep understanding of customers’ brands, products, processes and olfactive preferences to guide fragrance decisions.
Consumer & Market Knowledge
- Maintain strong working knowledge of fragrance products, key market segments, and industry trends in Fabric & Home Care category.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of consumer insights, testing methodologies and apply results to strengthen fragrance future fragrance strategies and decision making.
Client Interaction
- Interface with clients as needed to present concepts, articulating fragrance rationale, discussing feedback and aligning on solutions.
Cross functional collaboration
- Act as a key interface between perfumery, sales, consumer insights and marketing teams to ensure brief requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Your professional profile includes:
- University Degree
- Verbal and written command of English
- Competent olfactory ability and knowledge. Experience in Fabric and Home Care products will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of fragrance products, general market trends
- Experience with brief process and technical troubleshooting in terms of fragrances
- Robust project management skills.
