Senior Regulatory Specialist (Naturex) - Your future position? 


About the role

As a Senior Regulatory Specialist (Naturex), you are required to provide advanced regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines. In this role, you will be overseeing the vast and high-growth territory of South Asia. You will be required to be based in Mumbai, India, and report to the Head of PSRA SAMEA.

In this exciting role, you will:

Regulatory Support

  • Provide internal customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious timeframe to meet global commercial, creation and research initiatives
  • Provide sales support in commercializing assigned products
  • Identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities
  • Interact with commercial teams as guided to provide regulatory support. Effectively provide regulatory guidance to commercial teams and other regulatory staff
  • Assist regulatory managers as assigned
  • Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions


Customer Support

  • Identify issues relevant to customer opportunities
  • Develop relationships with assigned customer contacts
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of assigned customer requirements
  • Deliver support on time, meeting customer expectations Generate customer documents

Processes and Systems Management

  • Develop and implement routine processes
  • Maintain and manage request logs

People Management

  • Provide guidance to Jr. Specialists
  • Identify, develop and provide training in areas of need for the department Train junior department staff members 

Your profile includes:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Neutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Health Supplement or Health Science Industry
  • University /Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical, Food Science, Food Technology, Bioscience or related field
  • Advance knowledge of the industry and regulatory requirements
  • Strong business acumen and have a thorough understanding of components in business processes and internal systems
  • Possess a proactive and self-starter personality, ability to take ownership of tasks given
  • Possess confidence and good articulation skills, able to influence communication with stakeholders and customers
