Communication Specialist LATAM

Purpose of the job 

  • Responsible for the coordination and implementation of all internal and external communication activities according to annual plan. 



  • Reporting directly to the LatAm Head of T&W Communications, the Communications Specialist will help to raise the profile of Givaudan T&W by contributing to and supporting the work of communications which includes digital marketing campaigns, leadership communications, management of external PR campaigns, media relations, public affairs relations, among others.


Primary responsibilities:

  • ­    Develop and execute measurable, multi-channel communications campaigns to support regional business priorities (including blog, social media, events, google ads, etc).
  • ­    Work in partnership with Innovation team to develop content and provide overall project management for communications
  • ­    Manage external blog, digital and google advertising plan, and execution and delivery of content
  • ­    Develop and drive communications that engage and inspire LATAM T&W employees around the company’s strategy and purpose, and divisional led-priorities.
  • ­    Support Regional Comms Head in the development of annual budget plan 
  • ­    Help conceptualize, write, and edit campaign assets including articles, talking points, emails, scripts, and other internally focused collateral
  • ­    Work with senior executives to develop and deliver compelling messages to internal audiences 


Education & Qualifications 

  • ­    Degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related area.
  • ­    5 years of experience working (industry or agency) in communications, digital communications/social media content creation, digital marketing 
  • ­    Spoken and written fluency in English and/ Portuguese is highly desirable
