Your Next Step: Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Global Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the global commercial coordination of one of our key strategic customers. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at maximizing sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

About the Role: This senior sales position demands strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Food and Beverages global market and the Food Ingredients industry trends. You will report directly to the Commercial Head of Western Europe, working closely with various teams to drive success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Our Business:

  • Take direct account responsibility, collaborating with Country Sales Directors, Account Managers, Flavor Creation & Application teams, Marketing, Supply Chain and Regional Innovation.
  • Foster strong relationships and teamwork to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

 

Set and Implement Strategy:

  • Develop, communicate, and implement strategic growth account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets with clear KPIs.
  • Defend base business, Contracts and negotiate pricing agreements to ensure profitability.

 

Collaborate with the Key Account:

  • Cultivate strong and collaborative relationships with personnel across key functions, including Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the customer, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.

 

Impact the Top and Bottom Line:

  • Deliver budgeted sales and gross profit results, demonstrating a strong commercial reflex and strategic mindset.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance profitability and market share.

Your Professional Profile Includes:

  • At least 7 years of successful sales and customer relationship experience in the Food Ingredients industry.
  • A degree in Business or a related technical field.
  • A customer-focused and results-driven attitude with a proven track record of generating a broad base of new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer and business requirements.
