Ingredient Data Administrator Deputy Lead

Ingredient Data Administrator Deputy lead - Your next job?

As Ingredient Data Administrator deputy lead, you will coordinate the team dedicated to the acquisition and maintenance of vendor’s material technical documentation (either standard documents or Givaudan questionnaires) supporting regulatory, quality, and food safety information needs in the most accurate way. You will also support data analysis activities related to material qualification processes. In this position you will be directly reporting to the Manager Ingredient Administration.

You will

  • Launch, coordinate and follow up Ingredient Vendor-Manufacturer approvals and tracking of Vendor documentation;
  • Escalate, if documents are not received on time;
  • Manage our extensive vendor documentation repository;
  • Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation and handle records following related management policy and procedures;
  • Provide general administrative support to the group;
  • Support and coordinate data analysis activities.

You have 

  • Vocational / pre-university diploma or equivalent education with proven track record.
  • Experience in a context of food industry is a nice advantage but not a must have.
  • Advanced operational knowledge of IT-Systems and workflows related to assigned area of activity and advanced
  • Knowledge of analysis tools (sheets, databases, queries, enterprise content/document management, etc)
  • Basic operational understanding of relevant processes (such as Ingredient life-cycle management, Vendor Quality,
  • Continuous improvement, Audit and Change Management related to assigned area of activity.)
  • Fluent English
