Reliability Engineer in Naarden – Your new challenge?

As a Reliability Engineer you will work for all four production streams. You will focus on improving availability and reliability of equipment, at competing costs with minimal impact on production. You make sure both production management have great insight in the technical status and advise on the best maintenance strategy, taking preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and capital investments into account.

You will report to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager and be part of the Maintenance team. However, you will work closely with production.

 

In this challenging role you will work on:

  • Analyzing: with your excellent SAP and skills you collect and analyze reliability performance data to prioritize maintenance and investments
  • Execution: based on your great technical understanding of the production process, your analysis and your connection with the shop floor, you advise and co-create maintenance and investment plans. You provide immaculate technical status measured by KPIs as, OEE, MTBF, Downtime, Costs, and qualitative preventive maintenance
  • Stakeholder management: work with all partners as manufacturing operators and leadership, local and regional engineering, EHS and Quality. Develop partnerships with EAME Operations and EAME/Global M&E network
  • Safety: you play your part in securing a safe working environment, both on personnel safety and taking food safety standards into account
  • Continuous improvement: Lean concepts such as 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto analysis hold no secret for you, you are comfortable to apply these principles in a pragmatic manner and inspire others to do so as well

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Science) 
  • Experience in a manufacturing process environment, preferably within Food or Chemical Industry
  • Maintenance literate
  • Proficient in English and Dutch, both oral and in writing
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of SAP-PM and Excel
