As Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) in our Mouans-Sartoux site (France), you will ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies and improve our Quality Management System (QMS).

Reporting to the Head of Global Operations House of Naturals, you will:

• Lead and maintain compliance with accreditation standards (ISO 9001/14000, Halal/Kosher, GMP, EFfCI).
• Oversee Vendor Quality Performance, ensuring supplier compliance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement quality processes and best practices.
• Maintain QMS documentation and ensure approval.
• Lead internal and external audits, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Ensure the effectiveness of critical quality processes, including Change Control, HACCP and risk management, validation, and product recall.
• Respond to client quality inquiries, agreements, and evaluations.
• Manage non-conformance processes, including customer complaints and recalls.
• Guide Indicators monitoring, reporting, and quality projects.
• Communicate quality performance metrics and events to senior management.

You?

• Master's degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, ideally within the fragrance or natural ingredients industry.
• Knowledge of quality systems, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in vendor quality performance and supplier auditing.
• Project management and collaboration skills.
• French and English languages essential; Spanish preferred.
