Continuous Improvement Specialist, Your future position?
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist for our fragrance division based in our Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro plant, you will lead the development of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within a site to embed best practices, to promote a CI mindset and improve non-value added activities, reporting to the CI Manager.

In this exciting role you will:
Strategy design
- Contribute to the design of the local Continuous Improvement strategy and deployment plans for the assigned site-based on global CI Road Map strategy.
- Implement related projects to meet local Operations goals.
Continuous Improvement management
- Identify and measure improvements opportunities together with site Operations teams, and use best tools/methods from the CI toolbox to develop solutions and implement these.
- Use our Lean network to capture and eventually deploy best practices in the organization.
Project Management
- Implement approved CI projects, monitoring resource plans, project team accountabilities, change requests, deadlines, milestones and providing periodic updates to project team members.
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects assigned.
- Identify and measure improvement opportunities; develop action plans accordingly.
- Lead stable operations regular activity/evens and coordinate the projects agenda and updates.
- Coach project teams on applying Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools during solution design and project execution phases.
Change management and Capability building.
- Support project managers in developing change management roadmaps and related communication strategies.
- Challenge existing practices and coach project teams to develop solutions and initiate change.
- Train site Operations teams on Lean principles to close capability gaps and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Management
- Help implement Operational Improvement Plan (OIP) for the site and cascade its Indicators.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Lean and Six Sigma deep knowledge.
- Certification as Green Belt or Black Belt is a must.
- Overall work experience of 3+ years in continuous improvement.
- Direct or indirect people management experience.
- Fluent English
