Maintenance Planner

About the Role

Develop maintenance plans, including routine and preventive interventions, related schedules and resources, skills, and materials needed to maintain installations/equipments and avoid/minimize disruptions in production.


You Will:

  • Review plans with Maintenance managers to validate accuracy and feasibility, and consolidate these into a master plan.
  • Work with Supply Chain Planners and Logistics to monitor inventory of materials/equipments necessary for planned maintenance activities.
  • Calculate overall maintenance costs, including labor, material and service provider costs.
  • Collect and organize all information required for the maintenance teams to perform interventions e.g. technical drawings, vendor manual, instructions materials, standard and special procedures.
  • Classify and distribute work requests depending on class, such as emergency, safety, GMP, shutdown required, engineering, and priority status.


You Have:

  • Good knowledge of maintenance, planning and scheduling and storeroom processes.
  • Knowledge of work order system (SAP preferred).
  • Overall work experience of 5 or more years with mechanical/electrical (background preferred in food or chemical related manufacturing environment).
