Production Administrative Analyst, your future position?

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll support the strategies and development of Operations with sound financial and operations controlling together with interpretative and predictive analysis to allow decision-making by operational management, leading to improved productivity and enhanced profitability for the division.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Financial Performance Reporting

  • Generate and communicate the Operations performance report in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure consistent and aligned KPI reporting across all manufacturing sites.
  • Participate in the continuous monitoring of Operation's KPI performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc and pro-active analysis to support the Operations and Supply Chain Organizations.

Financial Planning:

  • Actively participate in coordinating and leading the annual Operations Budget process.
  • Drive the forecasting and mid-to-long-term planning for the Business Plan.

Operations/Site Support

  • Support manufacturing Sites with their investment process.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites with sound and aligned cost and benefits guidance.

Processes and Tools

  • Develop business analysis tools and define standard reports together with Operations Mgmt.
  • Partner and liaise with Division and Group Controlling, and other key stakeholders, to ensure consistent communication and aligned strategies.

 

The position is based in Querétaro, Mexico with an on-site working model.

 

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of controlling or finance.
  • Strong working knowledge on MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English.
  • SAP knowledge (Finance and Operation modules).
  • Analytical skills.
