Customer Care Support Office Representative – Your future position?

 

As a Customer Care Support Office Representative, to process orders and coordinate these to keep customers satisfied. Keen to explore? Then this could be your important customer care career move. On a daily basis, you can look forward to:

 

  • Customer care support: receiving and entering orders into SAP, respecting order entry procedures and prioritizing where necessary.
  • Encourage and liaise: part of a great customer care process is to ensure careful execution of requests. You will be, paying attention to shipping dates, label, packaging and stock holding according to customer requirements. Enhancement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification.
  • You will be reporting to the Team Lead of Customer Care.
  • Your will be person that see problems through to a successful resolution for all, enjoys working with teams who are as passionate about customer care.

Your professional profile includes:

  • College degree
  • Experience in customer service, order management or sales support at least 3 years.
  • Fluent language knowledge in English and Thai language is required to support Thailand Site.
  • A thoughtful personality with skill, customer-oriented attitude and preciseness.
  • Individual contributors, Work independently, Vocal and able to share with the team. Mingle and cheerful and extrovert.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage.
