Control Tower Analyst

As a Control Tower Officer you will perform order monitoring and controlling process from end to end through the entire Supply Chain process in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment to ensure smoothness in every process. The main objective is to ensure we meet the customer request or demand accordingly.


  • Monitor and follow-up: Perform order monitoring process to identify any orders at risk and follow-up with stakeholders when necessary. You will coordinate and prioritize resolution of exceptions orders (rushes) and orders in distress with internal stakeholders following Division guidelines. You will own and coordinate the prioritization in case of crisis such as raw materials, production delay and etc by following Division guidelines.


  • Liaise and cooperate: Collaborate with customer care front office, planning team, production, quality, shipping team and any other team from time to time to identify best alternatives solution for customer. You will help handling and resolving any customer escalation by providing the necessary solutions. You will continuously seek information from the business on Customers, production and any delivery related data. Act as contact person for key internal and external stakeholders for operational topics


  • Challenge and drive: you will work on reoccurring exceptions and Continuous Improvement with stakeholders, propose and drive processes and organization optimization for more efficiency and reduced cost.

Your professional profile includes:


  • University or College degree (preferably in Business Administration, Supply chain or Logistics)
  • Fluency in English
  • 2+ years relevant experience in (FMCG-Supply Chain area)
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
  • Strong customer service skills and customer centric mind set.
  • Having experience in newly start up environment and involve in knowledge transfer process is an advantage.
  • Familiar with continues improvement methodology such as DMAIC, 5 Whys, Fish Bone and Root Cause Analysis is an advantage.
  • Having experience to run or participate in any continues improvement project is an advantage.
