Control Tower Analyst

Control Tower Analyst Your future position?

 

As a Control Tower Analyst you will contribute to a proactive and agile Supply Chain for a better customer satisfaction through high level E2E overview of operational processes, facilitating regional escalations, and seeking improvement actions on the grounds of Continuous Improvement.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Actively works to continuously improve processes
  • Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain
  • Act as contact person for key internal and external stakeholders for operational topics
  • Proactive co-operation with other work streams within the GBS and in the Divisions in overseeing the end-to-end process
  • Day to day operations within the Control Tower:
    • Monitor Customer orders, identify orders at risk and follow-up with stakeholders
    • Coordinate and prioritize resolution of exceptions orders (rushes) and orders in distress with internal stakeholders following Division guidelines
    • Own and coordinate the prioritization in case of crisis following Division guidelines
    • Close follow up with stakeholders to ensure the pending actions are accurate and updated on-time
    • Liaise with Customer Care front office to provide customers with the best alternatives
    • Propose and drive processes and organization optimization for more efficiency and reduced cost
    • Work on recurring exceptions and Continuous Improvement with stakeholders
  • Adherence to service levels
  • Adherence to policies and procedures

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • Diploma: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Languages: English and other language(s) as required
  • Professional experience: 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in Customer Care and/or Planning roles
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage
  • Experience in a shared service centre is an advantage
  • Supply Chain operational knowledge
  • Understanding order lifecycle and related processes
  • Negotiation skills
  • Committed to develop him/ herself
  • Work alone comfortably
