Data Administrator

Main responsibilities:

  • Master data creation and maintenance activities (daily operation)
  • Execution of business critical and urgent request
  • Activities to be perform within a given service level
  • Plan less urgent activities in appropriate time slots
  • Run pro-active monitoring and follow up activities (daily operation)
  • Execute given set of transactions to identify delayed or blocked workflow activities.
  • Perform pro-active follow up when delayed or blocked workflow activities are detected.
  • Perform data quality checks  and correction activities (weekly)
  • Check every week the data quality reports
  • Correct the defective records when appropriate or notify the person in charge of the correction
  • Supporting the new team members
  • Delivering training to the team for new processes being implemented
  • Being the reference for the Juniors
  • Maintain documentations
  • Problem Solving
  • Perform root cause analysis and Provide solution
  • Propose process improvements



  • Fluent in English, spoken and in writing
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (good in Excel and familiar with Access DB, Power Point, Google mail)
  • Experience in SAP is advantage
  • Strong numeracy and administration skills
  • Service and Result Oriented
  • Open to Diversity and multicultural environment
  • Good at documenting simple procedures
  • Structured, organized and clear in spoken and written communication
  • Independent, willing to learn and flexible
  • Understanding of legal and statutory requirements, corporate policies work instructions and regulations



  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Data Maintenance/Data Quality
  • Experience of working in a shared service environment is an advantage
  • College or University degree, or studies in IT, Business, Finance
