Overall mission:
The EDM Master Data Intern creates and maintains master data and monitors process to identify pro-actively potential delays. He/She is supporting continuous improvement, contributes to improve service levels in the business by making master data available in a timely and accurate manner.
Core Responsibilities:
Daily activities
- Data Management – Vendor Master data creation and maintenance activities in the given service level.
- Basic issue resolution requests execution related Data Management.
- Run proactive monitoring and follow-up on activities related to the expected activities.
- Perform data quality checks and correction activities.
Process related activities
- Contribute to Master Data Projects & Change Requests.
- Propose process improvements utilizing idea management tool.
- Follow the daily task assignment provided by Manager or responsible person.
People and collaboration
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email.
Your professional profile includes:
- Currently pursuing a University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or any relevant discipline.
- Able to carry out a minimum of 3 months internship (Preferably final‑semester students).
- Proficient in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
- Demonstrates self-awareness, customer focus, driven, eager to learn and responsible.
- MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tool.
- Strong numeracy and administration skills.
