Head of Demand to Cash APAC- Your future position?

Responsible for all operational aspects of the Demand to Cash function out of the GBS Center. Lead all process teams and work closely with the respective Head of Delivery Center, Nucleus Global Solution Owner, Nucleus GSEs and divisional regional stakeholders. 

In this role, you will report to the Head of Delivery Center of APAC and will be based in our GBS office in Petaling Jaya.

 

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

Solution performance and improvement management

  • Monitor DTC delivery performance against operational targets and take action to resolve gaps
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in collaboration with Delivery Center Heads, GSO Nucleus, GSE PTP, DTC and EDM team members and act as a CI specialist to embed the CI mind-set in GBS (to support value case realization)
  • Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and mitigation actions  
  • Monitor compliance of service delivery with process documentation
  • Preparation on Cascading and Implementation of Roadmaps
  • Open minded for digitalization/AI journey in the function

People management

  • Lead the Demand to Cash Delivery teams in the GBS Center  
  • Perform goal setting and performance review for the heads of the departments
  • Plan and support hiring and replacement decisions and retention measures
  • Plan and coordinate people development activities and set training plans
  • Drive Delivery Center initiatives and engagement with Local LT
  • Review the optimum operational structure of the team to meet organizational needs

Governance, stakeholder and controls

  • Strong stakeholder management with openness to collaboration as ONE team
  • Act as an escalation point in case of process/ system issues and questions 
  • Support the GSO Nucleus in preparing and executing tactical governance alignment with markets and sites
  • Secure industrial control systems conformity, incl. segregation of duties catalogue management and related mitigation controls
  • Ensure compliance with SOD and Internal Guidelines

Budget management

  • Propose, monitor and control functional budget and ensure delivering agreed budget and efficiency targets

Your professional profile includes:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Min. 7 years of experience in a leadership role 
  • Experience in a shared services environment
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Experience with large ERP system(s)/SAP
  • Knows the business & has experience in the firm/ industry for min. 5 years
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (~ 20%)
