Japanese speaker in supply chain

Working in supply chain at Givaudan APAC – your future position? 

Are you a motivated collaborative and driven person? Do you feel passionate about delivering service excellence in a global organization working in a nieche market? Are you fluent in Japanese? Then this could be your pivotal career move. 


On a daily basis, you can look forward to any of the below:


  • Usage of communication skills: You will establish a continuous improvement mind-set and build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams. You will communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email. 
  • Customer support: confirming orders, pricing and availability; receiving and entering orders. Monitoring, tracking or planning transportations while communicating with 3rd parties and our factories. Prioritize where necessary; coordinating with relevant departments to ensure materials available/ orders are dispatched / delivered on time. 
  • Continuous Improvement: being part of a growing business center you will be involved in process improvement, implementation for the APAC region. While in close collaboration with other regional business centers and the factories, you will support the continuous improvement in your department.

Your professional profile includes:


  • College degree
  • Experience in either of the following customer service, logistics or planning
  • Fluent language knowledge in English and Japanese is a must
  • An efficient and open-minded personality with strong time management skill, customer-oriented attitude and preciseness
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
