PTP Services Support Agent – Your future position?
As a PTP Services Support Agent, you will act as an interface to the PTP related employee and vendor queries responsible for effective and efficient resolution or escalation of their PTP related requests/queries. You will be reporting to the PTP Services Support Manager.

- Day to day operations in service management
- Manage the incoming PTP related employee and vendor queries by relevant communication channels (phone, e-mail, instant messaging tool, service management)
- Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution following service levels and Customer satisfaction
- Take ownership and Coordinate issue resolution across streams if required, forward the requests to the responsible team if necessary
- Monitor and follow-up on invoice that are in parked status queries including reporting
- Provide guidance to internal employees for PTP systems (AskMe, SAP, SRM, service management tool)
- Support users in workflows, approvals and PO issues
- Concur Audit for employees adhering to the company Travel and Expense policy.
- Support and follow up on IM&S Purchase Order Output and IM&S Purchase Order Acknowledgement
- Root cause analysis for dunning letters and Statement of Account
- Handle Accounts Payable related requests: payment reminders, delivery stop, proof of payment, remittance advice issues, etc.
- Any other ad hoc tasks or request relates to PTP.
- Compliance with Health and Safety at work Act and fire and work protection regulations
- Aware of management regulations and other directives and act accordingly

Your professional profile includes:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Accounts Payable/Customer Service within an international environment.
- Languages: Candidate must be able to read and write in Japanese language and English language to communicate with local or foreign vendors. Proficiency in Japanese language is MUST for handling Japan operations to resolve queries.
- Knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SRM, FI, PM, MM, Concur) and workflows, advanced knowledge of MS Office is an advantage
- Broad understanding of business and PTP policies, process and work instructions is an advantage
- Strong service management and communication skills
