Raw Material Planning Manager– Your future position?

 

Overall mission:

  • Responsible for the assigned supply teams which performs defined Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F) and Replenishment activities for Raw Materials (RM) and STO from affiliates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all R&F RM tasks for assigned teams in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
  • Main point of contact for the Sr Supply Manager in relation to defined R&F RM on PO and replenishment on STO processes

 

 

What you will be accountable for:

  • Lead the Raw Material Request & Fulfilment team, Replenishment Planning team and Spot buy team in the centre (From Request to Goods delivery)
  • Supervise day to day operations in R&F RM area:
  • PO / STO management
  • Issue resolution in collaboration with DTC team members
  • Supplier management
  • Spot buy activities
  • Actively support continuous improvement of processes (building the CI culture in team, with certification)
  • Create strong morale and spirit in the team
  • Committed to develop him/herself
  • Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders (Supply chain, procurement, local planning)
  • Lay out work in an organized manner and monitor progress and results
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email
  • Provide professional support for the team: Coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans and train team as needed
  • Adherence to service levels
  • Adherence to policies and procedures

 

 

 

Your professional profile includes:

  • Possess a college or university degree qualification
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of additional language is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement R&F RM role/ replenishment planning role with first leadership experience, experience of knowledge transfer activity, SSC/GBS experience is an advantage
  • Expert knowledge of relevant SAP modules (MM, MRP) and Procurement tools, advanced knowledge of MS office
  • Possess competencies such as driven for results, customer focus, motivated and has a passion to develop the team
