Raw Material R&F Team Lead
Raw Material R&F Team Lead – Your future position?
You will be responsible for an assigned a team which performs defined Requisition & Fulfilment activities for Raw Materials. Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all tasks of the team in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements. You will be the main point of contact in relation to the team's R&F RM processes and activities.
Your main liaison on a day to day basis will be with Category Managers, RM Production Planner, Spot Buyers, Vendor Performance Analyst, Vendors, Supply Managers, DTC Team members, Global Solution Experts (GSE).
In this exciting role you will:
- Supervise day to day operations in R&F RM area:
- PO management
- Issue resolution in collaboration with DTC team members
- Supplier management
- Actively support continuous improvement of processes
- Create strong morale and spirit in the team
- Committed to develop him/herself
- Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Lay out work in an organized manner and monitor progress and results
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email
- Support the set-up and supervise the R&F RM team for the pilot countries
- Provide professional support for the team: Coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans and train team as needed
- Adherence to service levels
- Adherence to policies and procedures
- Resolution on raw material availability

Your professional profile includes:
- Diploma: College or University degree
- Languages: Local language and fluent in English,
- Professional experience: 6+ years of experience in Procurement R&F RM role with first leadership experience, experience of knowledge transfer activity, SSC/GBS experience is an advantage
- Software skills: Expert knowledge of relevant SAP modules (MM, MRP) and Procurement tools, advanced knowledge of MS office
- Willingness to travel (2-6 weeks’ periods) during knowledge transfer
