Senior Supply Planning Manager APAC GBS - Your future position?

 

As a Senior Supply Manager GBS APAC, you'd be responsible for leading the regional GBS delivery center's supply functions of Planning and RM Requisition & Fulfillment in line with GBS strategy and behaviors. Develop, improve and maintain efficiency and engagement within function to achieve the GBS objectives in close connection with business stakeholders and GBS Leadership Team. Ensure consistency of functional and cross functional objectives and proper cascading into the organization Foster cross functional synergies and collaboration across the supply streams within and the regional level partner with divisional stakeholders to identify tactical / strategic alternatives to improve supplies and mitigate supply risks.

 

Core Responsibilities:

People management

  • Lead the supply team in the Center

  • Perform goal setting and performance review for the direct reports reporting to him/her

  • Plan and support hiring and replacement decisions and retention measures

  • Plan and coordinate people development activities and set training plans to ensure a strong succession planning the Supply Organisation

  • Lead the supply team as well as DTC to highest level of engagement and people development

  • Drive all cultural and talent initiatives

  • Drive CI and customer centricity mindset

  • Lead people through change and innovation

 

Solution performance and improvement management

  • Ensure defined SLA/KPIs are met and monitor delivery performance against operational targets

  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to continuously improve performance

  • Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and mitigation actions

  • Identify and discuss opportunities for cross-functional integration and synergies (within supply functions)

  • Leads cross functional frequent performance reviews

  • Review productivity benchmark provided by the GSO and act accordingly

  • Support the functional heads to implement the global roadmap defined by the GSO within the regions

 

Governance, stakeholder and controls

  • Act as an escalation point in case of regional process/ system issues and questions

  • Support Head of DTC in preparing and executing tactical governance alignment with markets and sites

  • Secure industrial control systems conformity, incl. segregation of duties catalogue management and related mitigation controls

 

Budget management

  • Prepare proposal, monitor and control operational delivery budget within the scope and take required actions

 

Your professional profile includes:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

  • 10+ years experience in various leadership roles

  • You speak English proficiently.

  • Experience in building and developing new organization and teams

  • Extensive people management experience

  • International exposure

  • Experience in diverse and cross functional environment

  • Shared service experience including improvement methodology

  • Good knowledge of MS office

  • Experience with large ERP system(s)

  • Knows the business and has experience in the firm/ industry for at least 5 years

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (~ 20%)
