Overall mission:

• Working closely together with Global & Regional SME partners, project teams
• Support EasyConnect projects design and regional roll out
• Ensure that suppliers are efficiently integrated into the Ariba Network and fully supported throughout their relationship with Givaudan.

Main responsibilities:

• Bring visibility over the status of the Givaudan Supplier Onboarding base
• Ensure proper follow up performed
• Prepare data for onboarding business decisions
• Coordinates data cleaning activities related to Onboarding
• Escalate stream detected project risk to the Global Supplier Enablement Manager
• Perform solution tests for the designed Supplier Enablement Process
• Report to the Global process owner PTP, updates about the progress of the Supplier Enablement stream and all identified risk resolution
• Participation in process design and system design activities
• Provides training to the suppliers
• Coordinates SAP integration activities, escalate and address issues to the corresponding teams.
• Offering ongoing support to suppliers post-onboarding to resolve issues and answer queries.
• Monitoring supplier performance and engagement on the platform.
• Identifying and categorizing suppliers based on their engagement levels, transaction volumes, and strategic importance.
• Prioritizing suppliers for onboarding to the SAP Ariba Network
• Share and validate the proposed approach and vendor list with the procurement organization.
• Engage with the procurement organization to embark new vendors to SAP Business Network during RFP.
• Communicating with suppliers about the transition and the benefits of joining the SAP Ariba Network.
• Providing training and support to suppliers for registration and use of the SAP Ariba platform.

Your professional experience includes:

• Possess a University degree
• Fluent in English, knowledge of additional language is an advantage (Mandarin, Tamil, Hindi etc)
• Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement or Customer Service within an international environment
• Possess customer focus mindset, proactive, negotiation skills, willingness to learn and handle high-pressure environment.
• Broad knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SRM, FI, PM, MM), Procurement tools (Catalogue) and workflows, advanced knowledge of MS Office

• Broad understanding of business and PTP policies, process and work instructions
