A fabulous opportunity to assist the Talent Acquisition team for a global leader in the fascinating world of Fragrances & Beauty and Taste & Wellbeing, based in our Petaling Jaya office – Your future position?
 
We are looking to recruit a ‘Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern’ for our regional Talent Acquisition team. As an active member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will assist and provide efficient coordination and administration support to important recruitment activities and strategic talent projects for the team across the APAC (South East Asia, China, Korea, Japan, Australia) and India region.  
 
Based in our Petaling Jaya office, the role will report into the Regional Recruitment Solutions Manager APAC. This is a 06 months’ internship role with us, and during the contract period you will work five days a week. The role will offer excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
 
Service delivery: 
• Collaborate and work with the wider TA and Sourcing team in the APAC region to support essential activities for talent mapping and strategic projects for the APAC region.
• Make efficient use of available TA tools to ensure excellent project coordination and management. 
• Contact and coordinate with the Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure proper lines of communication and interactions following the agreed TA process. 
• Schedule candidate logistics and travels for interviews to provide an excellent experience for the candidates and business. 

 


Talent Acquisition projects:
• You will participate in TA projects and contribute with the rest of the team to deliver excellent recruitment services in the region.
• Furthermore, you will gain experience in HR process improvements, HR knowledge base development and analytics & reporting. 
 


Controls:
• Work with the wider TA team to ensure the recruitment process is compliant with our philosophy and policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including data integrity, and adherence to government regulations.
 


Reporting:
• Maintain a log of vacancies and communicate regular status updates to relevant business and local HR teams in collaboration with other team members of the TA team.
• Prepare standard TA reports, including ad-hoc requests e.g. management reports, progress reports, when needed.  
 


You?
Your professional profile includes:
• Undergoing College or university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Interested to gain recruitment support experience in a multinational organisation.
• Interested to work with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors. 
• Is locally available in Petaling Jaya.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language.
• Comfortable with cultural diversity.
