As part of a replacement, we are looking for our future Biological Evaluation Scientist / Technical team Supervisor (f/m/d). Reporting to our Research and Development department, you will develop standard in vitro and ex vivo models for skin and hair applications. You will also be the laboratory's technical and scientific reference, you will contribute to the smooth running of the laboratory and you will manage a team of technicians.

You will be based in Pomacle and report to our Biological Evaluation Manager.

In this exciting role you will: 

• Design and implement evaluation protocols in cellular and molecular biology applied to skin and hair

• Develop innovative experimental models or techniques

• Monitor scientific and technical developments about evaluation models

• Develop protocols, carry out experiments, analyse results and write reports

• Help develop the laboratory and act as a technical reference for existing technologies

• Manage the technical team responsible for evaluating ingredients

• Participate in the life of the laboratory and its smooth running

Your professional profile:

• Minimum BAC+5/BAC+8 in the field of skin and hair biology, in cellular and molecular biology

• At least 5 years' experience in research or industry

• Passionate about Science and Biology 

• A liking for experimentation and laboratory work

• Scientific curiosity to find the best strategies/techniques for evaluation models

• Team spirit, collaborative

• Caring, facilitative and unifying

• Fluent French, fluent written and spoken English
