Global Business Coordinator - Your future position?
We are recruiting for a Global Business Coordinator position located in either Pomacle (51) or Argenteuil, as a maternity leave cover starting from May / June for a duration of 8 months.
As a Global Business Coordinator, you will contribute to the development of the account by effectively managing the global business administration of the account. You will report to the Key International Account Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their processes and identify opportunities for product optimization and upselling

Sales Support: Assist sales managers with portfolio needs, project requirements, and organization of customer events

Account Development: Contribute to the Account Development Plan and ensure accurate management of account records to meet customer requests

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare presentation documents, quotations, and manage sales activity to ensure accurate KPIs. Conduct business analysis and sales reporting

Coordination and Communication: Coordinate data collection from support teams for timely customer product campaigns and maintain CRM systems with Key Account Managers

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Care, Credit Management, Demand Planning, and other teams to facilitate order processes and address account-related matters

Market Awareness: Attend marketing meetings to stay informed about developments within the sales organization
You?
Your professional profile includes:

Overall work experience of 3 to 5 years in Sales, Customer Service and / or Marketing

Fluent in French and English

Good command in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM software

Good communication & negotiation skills
-
Experience in a multinational environment preferred

Scientific background, or experience in the cosmetics industry is advantageous
