HR Manager

HR Manager at Givaudan - Your future position?
Following our purpose ‘creating for happier and healthier lives with love for nature’ we envisage Givaudan to be a place where all our employees love to be and grow. As HR Manager you will ensure we continue to develop our people and our unique capabilities in a creative and sensorial industry. 
You will be the HR Manager for our Active Beauty business unit in France: manufacturing site in Pomacle (150 employees), R&D site in Toulouse (20 employees) and Commercial teams in Argenteuil (10 employees). On top of that, You will be the HR Manager for our IT teams in Givaudan France. 
This position combines strategic elements like organizational design and change management and more tactical work like coaching and supporting business partners in all elements of the employee life cycle.
You will part of the France HR team also working a lot with centralized HR solutions teams. You will report to the HR Director France and you will have one HR Coordinator reporting to you. In this role, it will be essential that you have to spend at least 3 days in Pomacle to represent HR on site. 
Your responsibilities will include:

Proactive Business Partnering: you will translate company and functional strategies to develop people solutions to provide regional and country HR plans. You will lead change management, leadership development and sustainable employability programs, Moreover, you will build proactive external talent pipelines.


Coaching and Collaboration: working with people managers to ensure all activities covering the employee life-cycle are implemented covering talent acquisition, talent management, compensation reviews, succession planning and training needs analysis. You will also guide and coordinate the successful execution of annual HR processes.


Improvement and project management: you will help implement new HR policies and HR systems. Additionally, you lead and implement local and regional HR projects.

Your professional profile should include:

  • At least 5+ years experience as HR manager on operational/tactical level
  • Experience working within an international culture in a multinational business
  • Great level of business acumen with the ability to connect with all levels of a complex organisation
  • Fluent in French and English language
  • In-depth knowledge of French employment legislation
