Finished Goods Supply Chain Planning Executive - Your future position?

 

As the Supply Chain Planning Executive, you will be responsible for inventory management, managing complex product flow and more. This role is based on-site near Pune, reporting to the Finished Goods Planning Manager.

In this exciting role you also will be responsible for:

 

  • Inventory norm finalization
  • Ageing Inventory analyses and proactively identifying potential discard due to shelf life expiry
  • Managing complex product flow movement
  • Ensuring timely liquidation by working with sales trade partners, expiry stock reason analyses and action plans
  • Internal coordination with FG planner, Customer Care, Warehouse and Manufacturing team.
  • Identifying cost improvements through CI initiative
  • Booking stockist order in SAP and resolving pricing errors
  • Managing master data in SAP, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and reliability across the platform.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Supporting customer complaints handling, returns of goods and other queries from customers.
  • Leading Monthly Sales and Inventory meetings
  • Generating MIS reports on Business Plan Vs. Actual Orders, Actual Orders accepted vs. fulfilment in time, with classification on planned and unplanned orders monthly basis, in line with organisational KPI’s.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
  • Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment)

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade or others
  • 5+ years of experience in the area
  • APICS Certification is preferred
  • ERP/MRP expertise
  • Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (such as SAP)
  • Fluency in English
  • Microsoft office expertise
