Associate Marketing Manager, your future role?

As an Associate Marketing Manager you'll monitor and disseminate market and consumer information to provide support for Marketing, Sales, and FC&A. You'll also create client's presentations.

You'll report to the T&W Brazilian Senior Marketing Manager, and will be based in Sao Paulo; working four days onsite and one from home a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide support to marketing, sales, FC&A by summarizing and disseminating market and consumer information.
• Provide support to marketing and graphics colleagues on marketing programs and projects
• Monitor new launch activity, trends, purchase new launch products and collaborate with marketing colleagues in different regions
• Organize new product meeting internally and for clients
• Create client presentations, under the supervision of a marketing manager

Your professional profile includes:

• Professional in Marketing, Advertising or related areas.
• 2+ years of experience in food, chemical or related industries.
• Verbal and written command of Spanish (90%), and English (50%)
• Experience running or being part of product improvement projects

Technical Skills

Givaudan Systems and Tools

• Understand, and records and access information from Givaudan systems Mood&Emotion, Synthesio)
• Show basic understanding of Givaudan's brief process and functional interfaces
• Consumer and market Knowledge
• Show knowledge of flavored products, trends, main customers, and competitors
• Develop ability to analyse consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding
