Job Purpose

Coordinate small teams or specific Regional Process Technology projects to bring consistency to process technologies along the value chain with the aim to drive internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be reporting to our Head of Operations (Taste & Wellbeing)

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate manufacturing technological process optimization and harmonization across the region.
  • Perform process technology training related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to site Industrialisation Specialists to enable shop floor quality and efficiency.
  • Identify (and lead as required) continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support production transfers to meet technological & quality expectation.

 

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering

 

Professional Experience

  • Related work experience of minimum of 5 years.

 

Technical Skills

  • Good project management skills and utilization of the project management techniques.
  • Good understanding of Givaudan's end to end processes incl. IDDC.
  • Good knowledge of Givaudan's manufacturing technologies and product characteristics (such as liquids, spray drying, powder blending, process Flavors, JBC, Emulsions, separations, extractions), relevant to assigned domain of activity.
  • Solid knowledge of Givaudan's main IT systems (such as Atlas, Athena, FPR, SAP, Compliance engine, PII, GSD, RMQ, QDMS, AVAP, ILM) relevant to assigned domain of activity.
  • Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Systems (such as FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP) that are relevant to assigned domain of activity.
