Purpose
Preparar, calcular e revisar obrigações fiscais de acordo com as leis e regulamentações assegurando a entrega completa e no prazo. Analisar as regulamentações, instruções, julgamentos nos tribunais para otimizar a carga tributária.

Core Responsibilities
Obrigações fiscais / Tax Reporting
•   Preparar obrigações fiscais de acordo com as regras e leis vigentes.
•   Manter a gestão dos tributos atualizadas conforme evolução legal
•   Monitorar a consistência das obrigações e integridade entre as obrigações fiscais
•   Manter as tabelas do sistema (SAP) atualizadas para os tributos indiretos
•   Manter as instruções de trabalho atualizadas para a função
•   Preparar documentações requeridas para atender as fiscalizações e eventuais petições (compensações)
•   Identificar e avaliar riscos e oportunidades relacionadas aos tributos indiretos

Research and Tax Optimization
•   Atualização constante da legislação e regulamentações
•   Garantir que a empresa otimize a carga tributária
•   Suporte e orientação ao negócio no que tange as implicações fiscais das operações
Tax Audit
•   Atendimento as auditorias internas e externas. Gestão de eventuais fiscalizações.
Projects
•   Usuário-chave para atualizações no SAP e pacote fiscal, coordenação de testes e demandas.

Academic Background
•   Formação em contabilidade, administração e áreas correlatas.

Professional Experience
•   6-8 anos de experiência na area fiscal/tributária (indiretos) em industrias de manufatura
•   Desejável conhecimento de impostos diretos, sobre remessas e serviços

Technical Skills
• MS Office, SAP, pacote fiscal (NTT/Guepardo)

Soft Skills
• Mão na massa, autonomia, senso crítico, analítico
