Job Purpose

Reporting to our Regulatory Manager, provide regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines.

 

Core Responsibilities

Regulatory Support

  • Provide internal customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious timeframe to meet global commercial, creation and research initiatives
  • Provide sales support in commercializing assigned products
  • Identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities
  • Interact with commercial teams as guided to provide regulatory support
  • Assist regulatory managers as assigned

Processes and Systems Management

  • Develop and implement routine processes
  • Maintain and manage request logs

 

Customer Support

  • Generate customer documents
  • Identify issues relevant to customer opportunities
  • Develop relationship with assigned customer contacts
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of assigned customer requirements
  • Deliver support on time, meeting customer expectations

 

People Management

  • Provide supervision to Jr. Specialists
  • Train junior department staff members

 

Academic Background

  • University / Bachelor's Degree in food, biological or physical sciences

 

Professional Experience

  • At least 2 years of related regulatory experience
  • 5 years of industry experience

 

Technical Skills

  • Fluent English
  • Working knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
  • Basic understanding of components of business processes and internal systems
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory systems
