Overall objective
• Contribute to the account strategy execution in collaboration with respective Account Managers for the assigned client portfolio
• Support the sales team by efficiently managing client requests and ensuring smooth communication and information flow
• Ensure a high quality client service and relationship reinforcing Givaudan’s perception as a preferred partner and contributing to the business growth of the client.
• Build and maintain strong relationships internal stakeholders
• Coordinate development projects from project entry to completion, ensuring a smooth flow of information, samples, product data, and quotations.
Main responsibilities
Project management support: Actively support the KAMs in the project process, such as:
• Registering the projects in the internal system making sure all the parameters are correct. Making sure samples are shipped, honouring the deadlines
• Ensure price maintenance : create quotations, register NBOs and answer price workflow on a daily basis
• Preparing full submission package for the clients (incl. submission deck, pricing tables, regulatory & technical documentation)
• Maintaining the project pipeline clean and up-to-date

• 5 years of experience in the fragrance industry
• Fluent in French and English
