Creative Fragrance Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract
Join our Fragrance Development Team as a Creative Fragrance Coordinator, supporting the team with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient operations. Your role will involve stakeholder coordination, facilitating smooth project lifecycles, and streamlining fragrance development processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage requests for fragrance oils and application samples in internal systems
- Coordinate evaluation sessions and provide necessary setup support
- Consolidate, package, and dispatch samples to various locations
- Maintain fragrance library and update records
- Collaborate with Sales support team for project-related information
- Schedule meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes
- Follow up with team members to ensure task completion
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the team
- Organize fragrance kits, smelling sessions, and exhibitions
- Purchase project-related items and manage inventory
- Arrange visitor arrangements and office events
- Assist with inbox maintenance and compile reports
- Support data analysis and presentation preparation
- Liaise with development teams for project support and completion
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administration
- Effective time management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions
- Motivated and positive team player
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Tertiary education preferred or relevant experience supporting listed tasks
