Continuous Improvement Lead - Your future position?


As Continuous Improvement Lead in our Fragrances Division, you will be fundamental in driving continuous improvement projects that will help us achieve excellence throughout our Fragrances Operations in Brazil. By working with all Operations teams, you will identify improvement opportunities and lead the changes in our processes and organization. Sounds interesting? - Lead continuous improvements projects assigned

- Proactively identify and quantify improvements opportunities; develop action plans accordingly

- Support the teams on the use of Lean/Six sigma tools as well as rapid improvement projects

- Lead stable operations regular activity/events and coordinate the projects agenda and updates

- Promote the culture of continuous improvement in the organization

- Support implementing the change and communication strategy

Your professional profile includes:

- Experience managing and organizing project team workload through the DMAIC process

- Mastery in Lean/Six Sigma tools & methodologies

- Certification in Black Belt is mandatory

- Proficiency in basic software tools --- PowerPoint, Excel, Word — with ability to learn/master new applications

- Ability to plan and manage project communications

- A University Degree

- Excellent Communication Skills, Engagement and Influency
