Customer Care Representative at Givaudan – Your future position?
Got a knack for keeping customers happy? As a Customer Care Representative at Shanghai, reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager, you will build client relationships and accurately process orders and special requests, with the aim of keeping customers satisfied. On a mission to quickly and smooth-ly solve customer requests, you represent a crucial link between Customers, Operations and Sales Teams and will instigate root-cause investigations to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and according to Global Customer Care Guidelines. Keen to get going? Then this could be your pivotal cus-tomer care career move. On a daily basis, you can look forward to:

  • Order follow up /coordinate for implementation towards ultimate delivery of the orders to the cus-tomer’s promises, or GI date.
  • Customer compliant handling
  • Communication between Sales Dept & Operation
  • Implement and safeguard various ordering related policy and procedures, eg, MOQ, credit, cancel-lation, stock build, freight pattern, lead time, return and claim etc.
  • Establish and maintain the solid business relationship with the customer, collect the rolling forecast from the customer.
  • Maintain SOM database, actively engage in S&OP, and work with various functions within Ops to improve customer service and customer satisfaction level, along with plant costs, working capital and productivity.
  • To lead and train junior staff and new employees, and make them the faster to adjust to the work environment and understand the job.
  • To assist the manager and help to improve the working process for department, make the depart-ment better development.

You?

  • University Diploma,
  • General understanding of customer service.
  • SAP experience will be better
  • Self-motivated, analytical problem solving skills and good communication skill.
  • Willing to learn and develop self within the company.
